Hornby Plc (the "Company") today announces that on 10 June 2011 it was informed of the following transaction in respect of ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares").

Neil Johnson, the Company's Chairman, acquired 50,000 Ordinary Shares on 10 June 2011 at a price of 139 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction referred to above, Neil Johnson holds 100,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.26 % of the issued share capital of the Company.
