MicroEmissive Displays Group PLC15 May 2007 15 May 2007 MicroEmissive Displays Group plc ("the Company") Directors Share Purchase MicroEmissive Displays Group plc ("MED"), the AIM listed designer andmanufacturer of low-power light emitting polymer displays, announces that on 14May 2007 Peter Denyer, a director of the Company, and George Elliott,non-executive chairman designate of the Company, notified the Group that theyhad respectively bought 50,000 and 33,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in MED("Shares") at a price of 45 pence per share. Following this transaction Peter Denyer is interested in 184,941 Shares,representing approximately 0.42% of the Company's issued ordinary share capitaland George Elliott is interested in 33,000 Shares, representing approximately0.08% of the Company's issued share capital.
