Director/PDMR Shareholding
As a result of a divorce settlement, Mr Paul Hooper, Group Chief Executive, no longer has an interest in 273,705 ordinary shares in The Alumasc Group plc owned by Mrs Claire Hooper.
Mr Hooper's interest is now 86,782 ordinary shares which represents 0.24% of the ordinary shares in issue.
