Stobart was notified on 7 March 2014 that Iain Ferguson, Chairman of the Group, bought 40,000 Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each in the Group on 7 March 2014 at an average price of 132.2p per share.
This disclosure is made pursuant to 3.1.4R of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
His total beneficial holding in the Company following this acquisition increased to 140,000 ordinary shares.
