Director/PDMR Shareholding

Stadium has been notified of the following transactions by Directors, which took place today, 10 September 2012:

Nick Brayshaw, Non-executive Chairman, purchased 16,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 61 pence each. These shares were purchased in the name of Mr Brayshaw's SIPP. As a result of this transaction, Mr Brayshaw is interested in 127,727 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.43 % of the issued share capital of the Company.

Stephen Phipson, Chief Executive, purchased 15,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 61 pence each. Following this notification, Mr Phipson now has a total beneficial interest in 45,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.15% of the issued share capital of the Company.

Stadium's capital consists of 29,437,398 Ordinary Shares with voting rights. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury.
