Director/PDMR Shareholding

Stadium Group Plc (AIM: SDM), a leading supplier of wireless solutions, power supplies and electronic assemblies, has been notified of the following purchases of ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") by Directors, which took place today, 23 June 2016:

Charlie Peppiatt, Chief Executive, purchased 10,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 80 pence each. Following this notification, Mr Peppiatt now has a total beneficial interest in 122,490 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.33% of the issued share capital of the Company. 

Joanne Estell, Finance Director, purchased 12,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 80 pence each. Following this notification, Ms Estell now has a total beneficial interest in 29,184 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.08% of the issued share capital of the Company.

Nick Brayshaw, Chairman, purchased 10,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 79 pence each. Following this notification, Mr Brayshaw now has a total beneficial interest in 179,052 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.48% of the issued share capital of the Company.
