Director dealing

Sir James Harvie-Watt, Non-Executive Director, yesterday informed the Company that he had bought 17,000 shares in the Company at 115.0 pence per share on 5 July 2010.

Following the acquisition of these shares, Sir James Harvie-Watt's beneficial interest in Penna shares will be 108,251 shares, representing approximately 0.4% of the outstanding issued share capital of the Company.
