Director's Shareholding

The Company was notified on 7 December 2012 by Alexander Sator, Non-Executive Director of Telit, that Sapfi Kapital Management GmbH, of which Mr Sator is Managing Director and majority shareholder, acquired 260,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") between 10 November 2012 and 7 December 2012 at an average price of 57.04 pence per share.

Following these transactions, Sapfi Kapital Management GmbH owns 4,965,742 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing approximately 4.81% of the Company.

The issued share capital of Telit comprises 103,289,204 Ordinary Shares, each with voting rights. There are no shares held in treasury.
