Disclosure of Directors' interest in shares
Havelock Europa plc announces that following the conclusion of the performance period to 31 December 2008 and in accordance with the rules of the Havelock Europa Long Term Incentive Plan 2006, the Remuneration Committee confirmed on 17 April 2009 that from a total of 249,540 shares conditionally awarded, 84,435 shares have vested in favour of the Executive Directors of the Group as follows:
