The Company has been informed that on 10 October 2011 Tony Stiff, the newly appointed Commercial Director, purchased 65,573 ordinary shares at a price of 30.5 pence per share. Following this transaction Mr Stiff holds 65,573 ordinary shares, representing 0.1% of the Company's current issued share capital.
