Directors' Shareholding

The Company has today been informed that Grahame Rummery has today acquired 10,000 ordinary shares of 10p each (representing approximately 0.10 percent of the Autoclenz issued share capital) at a price of 25p per share. His holding including shares held in the name of Mrs Rummery now stands at 44,160 shares (representing approximately 0.42 percent of the Company's issued share capital).
