Director's Shareholding

iomart (AIM:IOM), the cloud computing company, announces that on 14 December 2012 the Company was notified that Crawford Beveridge, Non-Executive Director of the Company, on the same day as the notification, bought 18,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the share capital of the Company at a price of 195 pence per share.

Following this transaction, Mr Beveridge now holds 30,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.03 per cent. of the voting rights in the Company.
