Director / PDMR Shareholding

St Helen's Capital, an independent institutional stockbroker and corporate finance adviser focused on companies in the small cap sector, was notified on 4 August 2008 that Jon Pither, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, transferred 600,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Share(s)") on 23 April 2008 in settlement of various obligations to a third party. The value of the transferred securities was assumed by the parties to represent a price of 12 pence per Ordinary Share, the mid market price on 23 April 2008. Following this transfer, Mr. Pither has an interest in 1,989,682 Ordinary Shares, representing 4.66% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
