Directors' Shareholdings

The Company has today been notified that Professor Barry Furr, Non Executive Director, yesterday purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 600p per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction Professor Barry Furr's shareholding in the Company now stands at 8,000 Ordinary Shares which represents 0.013% of the issued share capital of the Company.
