Director Shareholding

VinaLand Limited (the "Company") today announces that Mr. Don Lam, a director of the Company, purchased 180,000 ordinary shares of US$0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") on 12 December 2008 at a price of US$0.415 per share and a further 320,000 Ordinary Shares on 16 December 2008 at a price of US$0.41 per share.

Following this transaction, Mr. Lam has a direct interest in 2,255,250 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.45% of the Company's total voting rights, in addition to his existing indirect interest in 412,583 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.08% of the Company's total voting rights.
