Penna Consulting plc, the international human resources consulting group, was notified on 7 March 2013 that Leslie Ferrar, a non-executive director, purchased 5,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 18 February 2013 at a price of 75.8 pence per share.
Following this purchase, Leslie Ferrar is interested in 5,000 ordinary shares in the Company representing 0.02 per cent. of Penna's issued share capital.
