Concurrent Technologies Plc (the "Company") announces that it has received notification of a change to the shareholding of Clive Thomson, a Director of the Company.

The Trustees of Mr. Thomson's Self Invested Personal Pension today purchased 33,400 Ordinary Shares in the Company at 28.5 pence per share.
