Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Board of Altitude Group plc, a leading promotional products business, has been informed that, on 11 December 2008, Martin Varley, Director, purchased 300,000 ordinary shares of 0.4p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 6.3p per share.

Following this transaction, Mr Varley has a total beneficial holding in the Company of  10,637,559 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 27.9 per cent. of the issued share capital.
