Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company has been informed that Mr Michael Chadwick purchased 15,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company on 28 October 2010 at a price of 70p per share. Mr Chadwick is a non-executive director of the Company.

Mr Chadwick now has a beneficial interest in 70,000 ordinary shares in the Company, being 0.33 per cent. of the total voting rights of the Company and a non-beneficial interest in 5,040,164 ordinary shares in the Company, being 24.23 per cent. of the total voting rights of the Company.
