Ebiquity announces that on 28 September 2012, Stephen Thomson, a director of the Company, transferred 2,301,393 ordinary shares of 25p each ("Ordinary Shares") to his wife, Sarah Jane Thomson, also a director of the Company, for nil consideration.

Following this transaction, Stephen Thomson remains interested in 7,604,787 Ordinary Shares (including the 2,301,393 Ordinary Shares transferred to his wife and the 5,302,394 Ordinary Shares already registered in her name) representing approximately 12.7 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital, of which 1,000 Ordinary Shares are held beneficially by him.

Following this transaction, Sarah Jane Thomson remains interested in 7,604,787 Ordinary Shares (including the 2,301,393 Ordinary Shares transferred from her husband and the 5,302,394 Ordinary Shares already registered in her name) representing approximately 12.7 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital, all of which Ordinary Shares (save for the 1,000 Ordinary Shares registered in Stephen Thomson's name) are held beneficially by her.
