Eland Oil & Gas PLC (AIM: ELA) announces that it received notification on 17 December 2014 that Mr George Maxwell, Chief Executive Officer, purchased a total of 20,000 Eland Oil & Gas PLC ordinary shares at a price of 66.71 pence per share.
Following this notification the total beneficial holding of shares by Mr Maxwell and his connected persons is now 440,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.30% of the Company's total issued share capital.
