On 12 January 2016 3i Group plc (the "Company") was notified that on 11 January 2016 Jonathan Asquith, a Director and person discharging managerial responsibilities), acquired 138 ordinary shares of 73 19/22p each in the Company ("Shares"). These Shares were acquired under a dividend reinvestment plan following payment of the Company's interim dividend at a deemed value of 472.30p per share.
