The Company was informed on 10 November 2008 that on that date Derek Butler, a non-executive director of the Company, purchased 150,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company at a price of EUR 0.155 per share.
Following the above transaction, Derek Butler is interested in a total of 190,348 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company, representing 0.06% of the total voting rights of the Company.
