DIRECTOR SHAREHOLDING
The Board of Quindell Plc (AIM: QPP.L) has today been informed that Robert Bright, a director of the Company, purchased 100,000 Ordinary Shares of 15 pence on 31 October 2014 at a price of £1.315 per share.
Following this transaction, Mr Bright is interested in a total of 225,040 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.05% of the total issued share capital.
