The Company announces that, on 20 September 2011, Mrs Susie Farnon, a director of the Company, acquired 200,000 ordinary shares of no par value each ("Ordinary Shares") for 18.5p per Ordinary Share.

Following this purchase, Mrs Farnon now holds 1,200,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.21% of the Company's Total Voting Rights.
