24 August 2012 XP Power Limited Director's Dealings
XP Power Limited ("the Company") announces that Larry Tracey, Chairman, has transferred a total of 140,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to his son and daughter. Subsequent to the transfer, Mr. Tracey's has a beneficial interest in 1,392,838 Ordinary Shares, representing 7.24% of the Company's issued share capital.
