Lavendon Group plc (the "Company") has been notified that on 5 March 2010, John Standen sold 4,062 Ordinary Shares at 69.5p and subsequently acquired 4,062 Ordinary Shares at 70.25p, for the purposes of transferring part of his holding in the Company into a personal ISA.

His overall holding in the Company remains unchanged at 34,375 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.02% of the Company's share capital.
