Stadium Group Plc ("the Company")
The Company was notified today that Mr Nigel Rogers, Chief Executive, has purchased 71,255 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 73 pence per share from his wife, Mrs Julie Rogers.
Following the transaction Nigel Rogers' beneficial interest in the Company remains unchanged at 373,905 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.28% of the issued share capital of the Company.
