Director's Shareholding

Strategic Natural Resources PLC announces that it was informed today that Peter Earl, Non-Executive Director of SNR, transferred 1,717,500 ordinary shares in the Company to his wife, Emma Earl, at a transfer price of 11 pence per share, on 10 September 2009.

As a result of this transfer Mr. Earl's beneficial holding in the Company remains unchanged at 4,435,000 ordinary shares, representing 6.48 per cent. of the issued share capital of SNR. His direct holding is now 2,217,500 ordinary shares.
