Directors' Share Purchases

dotDigital Group Plc (AIM:DOTD), the leading provider of search marketing services, digital strategy advice, intuitive Software as a Service and managed services to digital marketing professionals, has been notified by two directors of an increase in their share holdings:

Peter Simmonds, Chief Executive, yesterday bought 16,666 shares at 7.5p bringing his total holding to 19,959,999 shares, representing 7.25% of the issued ordinary share capital.

Ian Taylor, Chief Operating Officer, yesterday bought 16,667 shares at 7.5p bringing his total holding to 53,876,667 shares, representing 19.59% of the issued ordinary share capital.
