Dillistone Group Plc, the AIM quoted supplier of software for the international recruitment industry, was notified today that Giles Fearnley, Non Executive Director, had sold a total of 230,000 ordinary shares of 5p per share ("Ordinary Shares") in Dillistone at 100p per share today and yesterday.
Following the sale, Mr Fearnley has a beneficial interest in 743,435 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 4.08% of the issued share capital.
