Air Partner has received notification from Aubrey Adams, non-executive Chairman of the Company, that 20,000 Air Partner Ordinary Shares (the “Shares”), beneficially owned by Mr. Adams, were on [31 December 2008] deposited with Lloyds of London. The Shares comprise Mr Adam’s entire shareholding in the Company, and represent approximately 0.20% of the issued share capital of Air Partner. The Company has been informed that while there has been no change in the beneficial ownership of the Shares, this may represent a provision of security over the Shares.
