Transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and their connected persons in accordance with DTR 3.1.2R

Telecom plus PLC received notification on 4 June 2010, that on that same date, Peter Nutting, Non Executive Chairman sold 100,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 329 pence per share, representing 0.146 per cent. of the current issued share capital. The disposal has been made in view of Mr Nutting's imminent retirement from the Board following the Company's AGM in July and ahead of any potential increases to the capital gains tax rates being considered for the forthcoming Budget. Following this transaction, Mr Nutting holds 876,750 Ordinary Shares representing 1.282 per cent. of the current issued share capital.
