Boot has today transferred a total of 24,910 Ordinary Shares in theCompany non-beneficially held in his name to their respective beneficialholders, being his three adult children. Accordingly, his beneficial holdingremains at 1,095,242 shares (4.20% of the total shares in issue) and hisnon-beneficial holding is reduced to 119,566 shares (0.45% of the total sharesin issue).
