The Company was today informed that Mr Nicholas J. Taylor, a director of the Company, purchased 26,990 ordinary shares of 10p each ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 45.36 pence per share today and yesterday. Following this transaction, Mr Taylor's beneficial interest has increased to 69,428 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.2 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
