Director/PDMR Shareholding
In light of guidance issued by the Financial Services Authority in the UK on 9 January 2009 in relation to obligations to disclose security granted over shares, DCC plc announces the following:
Tommy Breen (Chief Executive), Fergal O'Dwyer (Chief Financial Officer) and Donal Murphy (executive Director) have granted security over 173,362, 98,741 and 70,460 ordinary shares in the Company held by them, respectively, in favour of a bank as security against personal loans. Substantially all of the shares (circa 96%) have been pledged as security for personal loans which relate exclusively to the funding of purchases of shares in the Company.
