The Company was notified by Paul Sheldon, PDMR, of the exercise and retention of 12,300 SAYE option shares today, at an exercise price of 43.9 pence per ordinary share of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Share"). Following the exercise Mr Sheldon and his connected persons have an interest in 261,484 Ordinary Shares which represents 0.3% of the issued share capital of the Company.
