Director's Shareholding & Issue of Options
Manchester, UK - 18 December 2015: Premaitha Health plc ("Premaitha" or "the Company"; AIM: NIPT) has been informed that, on 17 December 2015, Barry Hextall, a director of the Company, transferred 150,000 ordinary shares to his SIPP. On the same date, Mr Hextall purchased an additional 180,736 ordinary shares at an average price of 18.03 pence per share. Following this purchase, Barry Hextall's shareholding is 332,498 ordinary shares, representing 0.15 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
The Company has today issued 250,000 options over ordinary shares under the Company's EMI share option scheme to an employee. The options are exercisable at any time up to 17 December 2025 at a price of 20 pence per share. Following the issue of these options, the Company has 36,238,332 shares under option and a further 23,147,658 shares under warrant.
The issued share capital of the Company comprises 228,163,709 Ordinary Shares of 10p each.
