The Company was today notified that on 25 March 2009 Philip Lawler, a Director of the Company, purchased 44,052 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 56.75p per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Mr Lawler's total beneficial interest in the Company is 89,052 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.14 per cent. of the current issued share capital of the Company.
