Britvic plc ("the Company")
The following replaces the announcement released on 4 December 2017 under RNS no. 3447Y.
The amendment is to add details of further share transactions that took place on the same day, that were omitted due to an administrative error.

NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY (PDMR) OR CONNECTED PERSONS
Britvic plc ("the Company") announces that it received notification on 1 December 2017 that Doug Frost, a Director of the Company, exercised options on 30 November 2017 of 42,195 ordinary shares of 20 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") granted under the Company's Executive Share Option Plan (ESOP) and Performance Share Plan (Nil Cost Options) (PSP), and sold 2,000 Ordinary Shares of 20 pence each awarded under the Share Incentive Plan (SIP) and 10,000 Ordinary Shares of 20 pence each, as set out below:
