The Company announces that on 24 September 2008:

The following directors purchased the following number of ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company at a price of 50 pence per share:

*800,000 of the shares held by Andrew Woollett are in the name of EFG Reads Trustees Limited

**100,000 of the shares held by Peter Wynter Bee are in the name of his wife and 212,000 are held in his pension fund.
