NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS

In accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R(1), Quarto announces that it has received notice that Marcus Leaver, Chief Executive Officer, today purchased 4,562 shares of common stock of $0.10 each ("Shares") in Quarto at a price of 272.34p per share.

Following this transaction Mr Leaver is interested in 18,562 Shares representing approximately 0.09% of Quarto's issued Shares with voting rights.
