The Company was notified on 9 December 2011 that Don Kenny (Chief Executive), acquired a beneficial interest in the Company's shares following the purchase of 50,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £0.89 per Ordinary Share, by his spouse, Mrs Jacqueline Kenny.
Following this transaction, Don Kenny's beneficial interest in the Company is 50,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.03% of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
