Buck, a director ofthe Company, exercised options over 9,000 ordinary shares in the Company at aprice of 121 pence per share on 24 July 2006. Mr Buck has retained the shares and following the exercise of the options hisshareholding has increased to 15,721 ordinary shares representing 0.08 per centof the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
