Director's Dealings - Correction

The announcement issued on the 17th June 2014 in relation to a purchase of 80,000 ordinary shares ("Ordinary Shares") by Mr Brian Rowbotham, Senior Independent Non-Executive Director inaccurately stated his holding of Ordinary shares.

It should have stated that following the purchase Mr Rowbotham is interested in 450,000 shares in the Company representing approximately 0.080% of the issued share capital.

The total number of Rurelec securities in issue is 561,387,586 Ordinary Shares for the purpose of voting rights.
