The Company was notified on 5 March 2015 of the following share transactions by a Director and releases this announcement in accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.2.

On 5 March 2015, Robert Adair, non-executive Director, sold 9,356,676 Ordinary shares of 20p each at a price of 255p.

The transaction took place in London.

Further to these transactions, Robert Adair's total beneficial interest is now 4,254,386 Ordinary shares of 20p each, representing 3.03% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
