The Conygar Investment Company PLC (the "Company") advises that it received notification today that Robert Ware, Chief Executive, purchased 335,000 ordinary 5p shares in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 117p per Share. Following this transaction, his holding in the Company is 4,665,000 Shares representing 4.0% of the Company's total voting rights.
