Cpl was notified today that on 6 February 2014, Anne Heraty, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, sold 1,400,000 ordinary shares of nominal value €0.10 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of €6.90 per share. Following this transaction, Ms. Heraty's beneficial interest in the Company is 9,195,280 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 30.10% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
