Director Shareholding

The Company was today informed that Waterman Trustees Limited purchased 20,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 99p per share on Thursday 9th October 2008 and a further 20,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 99p per share on Friday 10th October 2008. 

Following these transactions, Waterman Trustees Limited holds 240,890 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.8% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
