Royal Dutch Shell plc (the "Company") received notice on February 10, 2016 from Euleen Goh, a Non-executive Director of the Company, that she today purchased 5,000 Royal Dutch Shell plc B shares at a price of £14.645 per share.

The transaction took place on the London Stock Exchange.
